Human Resources management in Tax Inspection Board; begins with the recruitment of Assistant Tax Inspectors. The training procedure starts with the determination of work places after the recruitment, continues until the proficiency exam of Assistant Tax Inspectors. Moreover, updating the professional knowledge of the Tax Inspectors through permanent education is also a part of the Human Resources Management process. The Presidency takes required measures that are needed for Tax Inspectors to monitor the changes and developments in the fields of economics and finance and to adopt themselves to these developments properly. The performances of the Tax Inspectors regarding the duties assigned to them are supervised by the Presidency through “Performance System”.
